Return Eligibility
Timeframe: Most new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Condition: Items must be in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and all accessories. Damaged, altered, or used items may not qualify for a refund.

Return Process
Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service at support@clesskaglobal.info with your order number and reason for return.
Return Authorization: If approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Shipping: You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing insurance—we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Processing: Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect your return. You’ll be notified via email.
Approved Refunds: Credits are applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Partial Refunds: Granted if items are not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (unless due to our error).
Exchanges
Need the same item replaced? Email support@clesskaglobal.info. Exchanges are processed once we receive the original item (subject to stock availability).

Return Shipping Address
Ship returns only to the address provided in your RMA instructions. Do not send items back to the manufacturer.
